"Foggy Mourning, Until Morning" Drawing Series - Fundraiser for my breast cancer treatment & recovery
A series of 100 drawings about my back-to-back experiences of pregnancy and childbirth during the pandemic lockdowns, IVF, solo-parenting, and breast cancer treatments. Each drawing is a reflection of times when brain fog becomes the sea we swim in, and to stay afloat we let the intellect wane, allowing the knowledges of the body, emotion, and intuition float to the surface in order to survive. In a way, it’s a time of return. The artworks are created while undergoing cancer treatments.
This fundraiser directly supports the costs of my breast cancer treatments and recovery.
